Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION adopting a list of projects for fiscal year 2024-25 as funded by\nSB 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act to identify the Residential Pavement\nImprovement, I-159 as the project to be funded; and\n2) Appropriate Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) funds in the\namount of $353,686 to the Residential Pavement Improvement, |-159; and\n3) Appropriate additional prior fiscal years’ RMRA revenues received from the State of\nCalifornia in the amount of $575,000 to the Residential Pavement Improvement, I-159.
