(Hunter/Jones)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a new License Agreement with NCWPCS MPL\n26 - Year Sites Tower Holdings LLC for the continued use of a Wireless\nTelecommunications Facility on City-owned property at Ryan Park retroactively\neffective as of December 1, 2017, based on new terms and conditions, as well\nas monthly rent; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the License\nAgreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
