I. Consideration and possible action to enter into a professional services\nagreement with Sunbeam Consulting to provide flagging services for Miraleste\nIntermediate School during in-person school sessions. (Hevener)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement to Sunbeam\nTechnologies, Inc. (dba Sunbeam Consulting) in the amount not to exceed\n$170,099 for the first year and subsequently increasing by inflation annually,\nnot to exceed 3%, for a total authorization of up to $525,759 for a three-year\nterm with an optional additional three-year extension to provide flagging\nservices primarily for Miraleste Intermediate School during in-person school\nsessions; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the\nprofessional services agreement subject to approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
