AUTHORIZE additional construction contingency funds in the\namount of $350,106.00 to cover cost of the increase of Asphalt\nRubber Hot Mix tonnage used to complete the street improvement\nproject on Main Street from Carson St. to Victoria St.\n2. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to Public Works Agreement with\nR.J. Noble Company, Inc.\n3.
