AWARD and APPROVE the on-call Contract Services\nAgreement to EnSafe Inc. for a not-to-exceed sum of $750,000 for\na five-year term, following approval as to form by the City Attorney;\n2. AWARD and APPROVE the on-call Contract Services\nAgreement to Stearns, Conrad & Schmidt Consulting Engineers,\nInc. (dba SCS) for a not-to-exceed sum of $750,000 for a five-year\nterm, following approval as to form by the City Attorney;\n3. AWARD and APPROVE the on-call Contract Services\nAgreement to Terracon Consultants, Inc. for a not-to-exceed sum\nof $750,000 for a five-year term, following approval as to form by\nthe City Attorney;\n4. AWARD and APPROVE the on-call Contract Services\nAgreement to Dudek for a not-to-exceed sum of $750,000 for a\nfive-year term, following approval as to form by the City Attorney;\n5. AWARD and APPROVE the on-call Contract Services\nAgreement to Montrose Environmental Solutions, Inc. for a\nnot-to-exceed sum of $750,000 for a five-year term, following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney;\n6. AWARD and APPROVE the on-call Contract Services\nAgreement to Ninyo & Moore for a not-to-exceed sum of $750,000\nfor a five-year term, following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney; AND\n7.
