Item No. 23. 2024-0394 CONSIDER A 5-YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND THE LOS\nANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL\nCARE AND CONTROL (LADACC) (C19-104) FROM\nJULY 1, 2024 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2029, AND\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE\nSERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT FOR FY 2024-25\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE the five-year service agreement with the Los\nAngeles County Department of Animal Care and Control\n(LADACC) to provide limited animal control services for the City of\nCarson, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029.\n2. APPROVE the FY 24/25 Service Level Agreement with the Los\nAngeles County Department of Animal Care and Control\n(LADACC) for full-time services.\n3.
