5.B. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE ON-CALL AGREEMENT FOR\nSERVICES WITH GRIMSHAW [J. ROCCO, B. LEAGUE, A.\nBARTLE, O. DELGADO, R. ABRAMSON, M. BARKER]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Grimshaw for on-call Architectural and Design\nServices to increase the not-to-exceed value.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement for Services with Grimshaw to increase the amount of\nthe agreement by $135,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$209,500 and extend the agreement timeframe to January 31,\n2025; 2) Authorize Director of Finance and Technology Services to\nallocate $135,000 in the Debt Funded Capital Projects Fund to\naccount number 301-4-08-55-702032 for urban design and\narchitecture services and related costs; and 3) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nagreement.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.B. - ATTACHMENT A
