38. 24-53735 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to enter into Beach\nConcession Agreements with 1) Monty’s Beach LLC, a California limited liability\ncompany, and 2) Freetime Inc. dba Wheels Fun Rentals, for the operation of an\nequipment rental and ancillary retail concession at various beach locations on the\nstated terms and conditions, including options to renew at the discretion of the City\nManager; and\nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute any necessary\nmodifications to the proposed terms that may be necessary to expedite\nestablishment of the beach concession operations.
