9. 24-53846 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFQ ER-23-343 and award a\ncontract to Catalyst Environmental Solutions Corporation, of Santa Monica, CA, to\nprovide oil liability assessment study services, in a total contract amount not to\nexceed $200,000, for a period of one year, with the option to renew for two\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\nagreement, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
