25. 24-53745 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP PR-23-284 and award a\ncontract to Quality Fence Co. Inc., of Paramount, CA, to provide replacement and\ninstallation of restroom doors with a magnetic lock system, in a total amount not to\nexceed $950,000 for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\ncontract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
