24. Agreement Between the County of San Bernardino and the City of Victorville for the\nNew Police Station and Civic Plaza\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-056 authorizing a contract between the City of\nVictorville and San Bernardino County to receive funding in the amount not-to-\nexceed $3,700,000 for the new Police Station and Civic Plaza;\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. 24-057, amending the annual budget for Fiscal Year\n2024-2025; approving an increase in revenue and expenditures; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents to effectuate the contract.
