GILMOUR]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Kabbara Engineering for professional civil\nengineering design services to increase the not-to-exceed amount\nand extend the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 6 to the\nAgreement for Services with Kabbara Engineering to increase the\namount of the Agreement by $140,000, for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $2,400,464, and extend the Agreement to June 30,\n2025; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
