6. APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF TWO POLICE DEPARTMENT PATROL\nOPERATIONS DIVISION VEHICLES AND SUPPLEMENTARY EQUIPMENT\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Authorize the requisition of funds to purchase two Police Department Patrol\nServices Division police patrol vehicles from the FORD MOTOR COMPANY,\nspecifically Grieco Ford in Raynham, MA.; and,\n2. Approve an appropriation in the amount not to exceed $160,990 to account\nnumber 741-8060-431.74-10, capital equipment – vehicles in the City’s Vehicle\nMaintenance Fund; and\n3. Authorize the Chief of Police to purchase the vehicle and equip the vehicles with\nassociated technology and emergency response equipment.\nCITY CLERK
