SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 944 TO REGULATE AND\nCONDITIONALLY PERMIT BANQUET FACILITIES IN INDUSTRIAL ZONES\nSecond reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 944, amending Title 5 (Business Licenses,\nRegulations and Taxes) and Title 9 (Zoning and Planning Regulations) of the Bell Gardens\nMunicipal Code to regulate and conditionally permit banquet facilities in Industrial Zones.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. 944 to\namend Chapter 5.04 (Definitions) Of Title 5 (Business Licenses, Regulations and Taxes); and\nChapter 9.14 (Industrial Zone), Chapter 9.20 (Special Uses and Applicable Standards) and\nChapter 9.38 (Parking and Loading (Off Street)) of Title 9 (Zoning and Planning Regulations) of the\nBell Gardens Municipal Code to regulate and conditionally permit banquet facilities in Industrial\nZones.
