C. Contract Award for Homeless Encampment Clean Up Services and Other\nSupport Services\nRecommendation: Commencing fiscal year 2024-25, to approve a three year\nAs-Needed Service Contract to\nSignature Cleanup for Homeless Encampment Clean Up\nServices and Support Services in\nthe not to exceed amounts of $200,000 for Homeless\nEncampment Cleanup Services,\n$120,000 for Environmental Support Services and $20,000\nfor Public Arts Maintenance,\nrespectively, with an option to extend an additional two-\nyears in one-year increments; and,\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract.
