F. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Development Support Services\nbetween Cathedral City and Christiansen & Company\nRecommendation: For the City Council to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement for Development Support Services between the\nCathedral City and Christiansen & Company to provide\nengineering land development management support\nconsulting services for one (1) additional year, with the\noption for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions, in the\nnot to exceed amount of $93,000 per year; and, authorize\nthe City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 and\nadditional extensions provided within Amendment No. 1.
