Notice of Completion for FY 2023-2024 Rubberized Emulsion Aggregate\nSlurry (REAS) Projects\nRecommendation: To accept and approve the following REAS\nProjects: Panorama Neighborhood streets (C08681), Sunny\nLane Neighborhood streets (C08682), and Victoria Drive\nNeighborhood streets (C08683), as final; and authorize the\nCity Manager to file a Notice of Completion with the\nRiverside County Recorder’s Office; and authorize the\nrelease of retention funds to Petrochem Materials\nInnovation, LLC (PMI) upon expiration of the Notice of\nCompletion.
