Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 22-2139 with Moore Iacofano\nGoltsman, Inc., and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No.\n1 in a form approved by the City Attorney to reflect the additional tasks per\nthe Scope of Work originally assigned to CivicWell; and\n2.
