Approve a one year with an option for an additional year agreement for professional services\nbetween the City of Duarte amd R3 Consulting Group, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $53,114\n(FY 2024-25 - $26, 100 and FY 2025-26 - $27,014) to provide On-Call SB 1383 Support Services;\nand 2.) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
