F. Approval of First Modification to Agreement with Herc Rentals Inc. for Temporary Water and\nWastewater Pump Rental\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a first modification to\nAgreement #11179 (CCS) in an amount not to exceed $150,000 with Herc Rentals, Inc.\nfor temporary water and wastewater pump rental. This will result in a five-year amended\nagreement with a new total amount not to exceed $450,000, with future year funding\ncontingent on Council budget approval; and\n2.
