8.11 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2024-02, PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY FRONT\nENTRANCE ADA RAMP - FINDING THAT PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970, THE PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY\nEXEMPT UNDER SECTION 15301 CLASS 1 (C) AND APPROVAL OF PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS - It is recommended the City Council find that pursuant to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act of 1970, the project is categorically exempt under Section 15301\nClass 1 (c) and will have no significant adverse effect on the environment; approve the\nplans and specifications for Capital Improvement Project No. 2024-02, Public Works Facility\nFront Entrance ADA Ramp; and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids.\n8.11 CIP No. 2024-02
