8.15 APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAGECREST TO\nIMPLEMENT THE HOUSING ELEMENT 6TH CYCLE - It is recommended the City Council\napprove an agreement with Sagecrest for implementation of the Housing Element 6th\nCycle in the amount of $270,170.00; authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement\non behalf of the City; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional work that may\nbe required to complete the implementation of the Housing Element 6th Cycle in an amount\nnot to exceed 25 percent of the total cost.\n8.15 Agreement with Sagecrest
