g.\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH HARRIS AND ASSOCIATES TO COMPLETE THE CITY’S HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE\nAND PREPARE THE ASSOCIATED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT; APPROPRIATE\n$925,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT FUND\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement in a\nform approved by the City Attorney with Harris and Associates for a not-to-exceed amount of\n$925,000 to complete the City’s Housing Element update (HEU) and prepare the associated\nEnvironmental Impact Report (EIR); and authorize the appropriation of $925,000 from the General\nFund balance to the Community Development Fund.\nShare Tweet
