Authorize Finance to procure the Sales Tax Audit Services utilizing the\nPurchasing Policy and Procedure Manual Section 3.1.5\nNon-Competitive Proposal to maintain the continuity of the service.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with the Hinderliter, de\nLlamas and Associates to provide sales tax audit services for (5) five\nyears.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any future amendments to the\ncontract.
