Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement in a not-to-exceed amount of $355,618 with TKE\nEngineering, Inc. for Engineering Design Services for the Arrow\nBoulevard Sewer Main Improvement Project (DE-24-202-SP).\n2. Approve and authorize the use of funds in the amount of $355,618 from\nFund 302 as part of the City’s American Rescue Plan Act Expenditure\nPlan (ARPA).\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any future\namendments to the Professional Service Agreement not exceeding\n$100,000.00 for the Arrow Boulevard Sewer Main Improvement Project,\nRequest for Proposals DE-24-202-SP.
