N. Approve Pre-Qualified Public Works and Engineering Firms 21-3064\nto Provide On-Call Professional Services\n1. Approve the Pre-Qualified Firms List to provide various On-Call\nProfessional Public Works and Engineering Services and authorize the\nPurchasing Division to add and remove firms during the valid time frame\nof the short list.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a On-Call Professional\nAgreements with selected firms on an as-needed basis for a period of five\n(5) years from approval\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any future amendments to the\nOn-Call Professional Agreements.
