Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract C45420 providing $25,000\nfor Fiscal Year 2024/25 and Fiscal Year 2025/26 for participation\nand funding with the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership\n(CVEP).\n2. Direct the City Attorney to make any non-substantive changes to\nthe contract.\n3. Direct the City Manager to execute the contract amendment.
