APPROVAL OF TRACT MAP NO. 37211 SEQUANOTA HEIGHTS\nLOCATED WEST OF PACIFIC AVENUE, SOUTH OF CANAL STREET AND\nEAST OF OPAL STREET, ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF DEDICATION,\nAPPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF\nIMPROVEMENT BONDS\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve Tract Map 37211 and\naccept the dedication as follows:\na. Accept the real property described as an easement for street and\npublic utility purposes for Lot “A” (Mecosta Court), Lot “B”\n(Lakota Lane), Lot “C” (Sequanota Drive), Lot “D” (Sequanota\nDrive), Lot “E” (Canal Street), Lot “F” (Pacific Avenue).\nb. Accept the real property dedicated in fee for open space and\nmaintenance of water quality mitigation facilities as shown on TM\n37211.\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign Tract Map 37211.\n3. Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Subdivision\nAgreements; and\n4. Accept the surety bonds for construction of related off-site improvements\nand survey monumentation.
