13.o APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH SUNLINE TRANSIT AGENCY FOR 341\nBUS SHELTER MAINTENANCE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED\n$97,383 PER FISCAL YEAR\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a one-year agreement plus extensions, with Sunline\nTransit Agency for the annual maintenance of the City of Palm\nDesert’s bus shelters in an amount not to exceed $97,383 per\nfiscal year.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to review and approve written contract\namendments and change order requests for unanticipated\nconditions per Section 3.30.170 of the Palm Desert Municipal\nCode.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the service provider\nagreement.
