13.i AWARD A CONTRACT TO ARCHITECTURAL RESOURCES GROUP OF 163\nLOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, TO COMPLETE A HISTORIC CONTEXT\nSTATEMENT AND CITY-WIDE HISTORIC RESOURCES SURVEY IN AN\nAMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $82,700\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award a contract to Architectural Resources Group of Los\nAngeles, CA, to complete a Historic Context Statement and City-\nWide Historic Resources Survey in an amount not to exceed\n$82,700.\n2. Authorize appropriation from unassigned General Fund reserves\nto Account No. 1104470-4300500 in FY 2024-25.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to review and approve written contract\namendment and change order requests for unanticipated\nconditions per Section 3.30.170 of the Palm Desert Municipal\nCode.\n4. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n5. Authorize the City Manager to execute said agreement.
