G. AWARD CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT TO WHEELER PAVING, INC.\nFOR AVALON AND BELLTOWN AREA IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CIP\nNO. 23113\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve and award a construction\nagreement to Wheeler Paving, Inc. in the amount of $3,658,352.82 for the\nAvalon and Belltown Area Improvements Project, for the work included in\nits bid proposal and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement\nin the form attached to the staff report; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent related minor\namendments to the Agreement with Wheeler Paving, Inc., up to 10% as\ncontingency to cover the cost of any unforeseen conditions.\n3. That the City Council authorize the Interim Finance Director to make any\nnecessary budget adjustments.
