Approve Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. A43790 with FG\nCreative for Palm Desert Aquatic Center Marketing Services,\nextending the contract through June 30, 2025, and increasing total\nannual compensation to an amount not to exceed $100,000.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the contract.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of\nthe City.
