13.r AWARD CONTRACTS TO MULTIPLE VENDORS FOR PURCHASE OF 393\nLIBRARY MATERIALS FOR FY 2024-25\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award contracts in substantial form, for books and library materials\nwith Brodart Company, Ingram Content Group, Midwest Tape,\nBaker & Taylor, and Barnes & Noble, for a period of one (1) year,\nplus (2) additional one-year terms, in an aggregate amount not to\nexceed $350,000 per fiscal year\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make non-monetary changes and\nthe City Manager to execute said agreements.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to review and approve written contract\namendments and any documents necessary to effectuate the\nactions taken herewith.\n7\nCity Council Meeting
