13.h RATIFICATION OF MULTIPLE VENDOR CONTRACTS FOR 135\nADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY\nPROPERTIES, IN THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED\n$124,729\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Ratify the authorization of an increase to Garland/DBS, Inc.,\nSouthwest Protective Services, Inc., and Victor G. Peloquin dba\nExclusive Pest Control Services, contracts for additional services\nin the amount of $72,000, $37,116, $15,613, respectively in Fiscal\nYear 2023/24, to support the operations at the Housing Authority\nproperties in the aggregate amount not to exceed $124,729.\n2. Authorize an increase in the annual not to exceed extra work\namount of $25,000 for Victor G. Peloquin dba Exclusive Pest\nControl Services for the remaining contract term.\n3. Authorize the Executive Director or his designee to take any\nnecessary actions to facilitate execution of amended agreements\nwith the multiple vendors and any documents necessary to\neffectuate the actions taken herewith.
