8. Award of Sole Source Purchase Orders to Ameron Pole Products, Current Lighting, and\nIteris for an Initial Term of Three Years, with the Option to Extend up to Two Additional\nOne-Year Terms\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a sole source purchase order to Ameron Pole Products for traffic signal and\nstreet light poles for three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional\none-year terms;\n2) Award a sole source purchase order to Iteris for traffic signal equipment for three\nyears, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms;\n3) Award a sole source purchase order to Current Lighting for street light fixtures for\nthree years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms; and\n4) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the necessary documents and\nany extensions or amendments thereto on behalf of the City, subject to review by the\nCity Attorney.
