Authorize City Staff to Reject Bids for the Construction Contract for “Pomona Library\nFacility Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following actions:\n1) Authorize City Staff to reject the bid from Archico Design Build, Inc. for “Pomona\nLibrary Facility Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120, to include all\nBase Bid items, plus Additive Alternate Nos. 1 through 10; and\n2) Authorize City Staff to revise the Invitation for Bid documents and re-bid the project\nscope of work.
