Second reading and adoption of an ordinance updating the\nMunicipal Code adding language to enable the enforcement of removing refuse containers from\npublic rights-of-way in a timely manner.\nRecommendation: That the City Council hold a Second Reading and adopt an ordinance\nupdating Municipal Code Chapter 13.28.160 "Maintenance and placement of containers" by\nadding language to ensure timely removal of containers from public rights-of-way.
