Consideration of a Project Labor Agreement by and Between the City of Pomona and the\nLos Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the\nSignatory Craft Councils and Unions\nIt is recommended that the City Council further consider a draft Project Labor Agreement\nwith the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council as well\nas an implementation strategy.
