Item 200: General Plan Environmental Justice Element.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThere are no fiscal impacts associated with this action to the General Fund.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nEnvironmental Justice will be a new element added to the General Plan and will be\napplied citywide to further the City’s efforts to advance the equitable distribution of\nbenefits and limit environmental burdens to create healthy and livable communities for all\nSan Diegans.
