Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council approve a\nlicense agreement with Gaburi Chicken USA Inc. of Torrance, CA for the use of six parking\nspaces on City-owned property located on Cravens Avenue between 1511 and\n1529 Cravens Avenue (APNs 7355-022-902 and 7355-022-903) for a five-year period\nbeginning May 1, 2024 and ending on April 30, 2029, in conjunction with the operation of a\nrestaurant located at 1437 Marcelina Avenue.
