(Mesker)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement (PSA) to\nTranstech Engineers, Inc. for public works permitting, plan review, and related\nservices in the amount of up to $475,000 plus a 15% contingency for a three-\nyear term, with an optional three-year extension by mutual consent; and, 2)\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
