Item No. 27. 2024-0542 CONSIDER RECORDIN G A “NOTICE OF\nEXEMPTION” IN THE OFFICE OF THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY CLERK AND WITH THE STATE CLEARING\nHOUSE FOR PROJECT NO. 1722 (213TH STREET\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT), PURSUANT TO SECTION\n15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT GUIDELINES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AUTHORIZE staff to advertise the work and call for construction\nbids for Project No. 1722: 213th Street Rehabilitation Project from\nMain St to Avalon Blvd.\n2. MAKE the California Environmental Quality Act finding that the\nproposed Project No. 1722: 213th Street Rehabilitation Project\nfrom Main St to Avalon Blvd are categorically exempt pursuant to\nSection 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act\nguidelines.\n3.
