APPROVE the "First Amendment to Shelter Services\nAgreement" with THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF\nCALIFORNIA on behalf of its Davis Campus School of Veterinary\nMedicine on behalf of its Koret Shelter Medicine Program.\n2.
