Award Request for Proposals 24-060AS for Cathodic Protection System\nInspections, Inspection Reports and As-Needed System Maintenance Services to\nCorrpro Companies, Inc. for the Cathodic Protection System Plan for Facilities\nand Pipeline Infrastructure Project 77520.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance/General\nServices Agreement with Corrpro Companies, Inc., for a total contract amount of\n$300,000 per fiscal year for the initial contract term ending in June 30, 2025,\nwith 2 optional 2-year extensions, including the ability to negotiate and execute\nnon-substantive changes & extensions, purchase orders, change orders and\namendments up to $30,000 or 10% of the original contract amount.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthat the City Council take the above actions.
