AGREEMENT - APPROVE AN EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO THE\nMAINTENANCE/GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FASTENAL COMPANY FOR\nWAREHOUSE SUPPLY AND INVENTORY CONTROL/VENDING MACHINE PROGRAM\nSERVICES\nThat the City Council\na. Approve the Eighth Amendment to the Maintenance/General Services Agreement\nwith Fastenal Company to increase the total compensation by $65,000, from a\ntotal of $385,000 to $450,000 per fiscal year and extend the agreement term to\nJune 30, 2026, for Warehouse Supply and Inventory Control/ Vending Machine\nProgram Services.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Eighth Amendment\nto the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Fastenal Company in the\namount of $450,000, including any non-substantive extensions, change orders,\npurchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized in Corona\nMunicipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or $45,000.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order with\nFastenal Company in the amount of $450,000.
