FOR A TERM EXTENSION AND ANNUAL COMPENSATION\nADJUSTMENT FOR THE CITY OF CORONA GREEN ALLEYS PROJECT NO. ST-2023-03\nFOR THE CITY OF CORONA GREEN ALLEYS PROJECT, NO. ST-2023-03.\nThat the City Council:\na. Adopt the Plan and Specification for the City of Corona Green Alleys Project,\nProject No. ST-2023-03.\nb. Award Notice Inviting Bids 24-081CA to Granite Construction Company, the\nlowest responsive, responsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $6,551,000,\nand waive any and all minor irregularities in the bidding document as submitted\nby the said bidder.\nc. Approve the construction contract with Granite Construction Company for the\nCity of Corona Green Alleys Project, No. ST-2023-03, in the amount of\n$6,551,000.\nd. Authorize a budgetary transfer of $3,532,456 from the Citywide Alley\nImprovements Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2016-02 to the City of\nCorona Green Alleys Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2023-03 within the\nMeasure X Fund 120.\ne. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction\nContract with Granite Construction Company in the amount of $6,551,000,\nAgenda\nincluding any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and\namendments up to $655,100, which is equivalent to 10%.\nf. Approve the Second Amendment with Alta Planning + Design Inc. for a term\nextension through June 30, 2025, and associated fee schedule adjustment for\nthe remainder of the term.\ng. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the second amendment,\nincluding any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and\namendments.
