20. BID & PURCHASE - MAINTENANCE/GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH\nSANCON TECHNOLOGIES, INC., AND INSITUFORM TECHNOLOGIES, LLC., FOR\nSEWER MAIN REHABILITATION\nThat the City Council:\na. Award Request for Proposals No. 24-053SB for Sewer Main Rehabilitation to\nSancon Technologies, Inc., of Huntington Beach, CA, and Insituform\nTechnologies, LLC., of Santa Fe Springs, CA.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance/General\nServices Agreements with Sancon Technologies, Inc., and Insituform\nTechnologies, LLC., in the amount of $600,000 and $300,000, respectively, to\nperform Sewer Main Rehabilitation Services, with 2 optional 2-year extensions,\nincluding the ability to negotiate and execute non-substantive changes &\nextensions, purchase orders, change orders and amendments up to 10% of the\noriginal contract amount.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct that the City Council take the above actions.
