A Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to consider\ndelinquent refuse service charges; and adopt Resolution No. 24-38 – A\nResolution ordering delinquent refuse service charges be assessed against\nthe property owners and properties and such charges be transferred to the\nCounty tax rolls.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take testimonial and\ndocumentary evidence; after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 24-38; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
