DIRECTION REGARDING FEASIBILITY OF POTENTIAL\nARENAS BUSINESS DISTRICT IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING\nPOSSIBLE FLAG POLE, BISTRO LIGHTING, AND/OR ENTRY\nSIGNAGE\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAuthorize staff to conduct additional due diligence for installation\nof a flag pole at the Arenas Business district; identify the\nprocesses and funding sources required; and, draft the\nappropriate legal instruments that conform with other City\nagreements for review and approval by Council at a future\nmeeting.
