13. APPROVAL TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION FOR UNDERGROUND\nUTILITY DISTRICT 2020-2 (BLUEBIRD CANYON DRIVE)\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the use of $3.6 million Rule 20A credits to proceed with construction\nfor Underground Utility District 2020-2 (Bluebird Canyon Drive);\n(2) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Hot Line\nConstruction, Inc. in the amount of $134,391 for construction of City street\nlighting for the project; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to approve project related expenses and\nconstruction change orders for unforeseen circumstances for an amount not-to-\nexceed $14,000.\nAgenda Report
